Swiss Cheese and Wine Experience (Press Release)
PJ Sutters (Marketing) LTD have always been known for their extensive cheese selection from a multitude of different countries. This selection includes cheeses made from different types of milk including, cow, goat, sheep and buffalo milk in various consistencies ranging from fresh to creamy to hard.

When it comes to cheese and wine, there is no definate way of saying which cheese goes best with which one because as taste is a matter of opinion. However, as a general rule, the milder the taste of the cheese, the lighter the wine should be. However, if the cheese has a strong, intense taste you might prefer a wine with a bolder taste

At this event held at The Chef Wine Terrace, PJ Sutters (Marketing) LTD and Monte Kristo put forward a selection of wines and swiss cheeses that compliment each other. Combined, the wine and cheese offer a discerning taste that allows one to savour the authenticity and freshness of young an mature cheeses.

The Swiss cheeses chosen for this event were:
  • Swiss Emmental
  • Swiss Gruyere
  • Appenzeller
  • Tete De Moine

Menu L'Arte in Tavola and The Palatino Wine Experience (Press Release)
PJ Sutters (Marketing) LTD has always been renowned for the attention they give to their renowned, high-quality brands and for this event held at The Chef Wine Terrace, in Sliema, Chef Tommaso from Menu was flown over to Malta so that together with Chef Martin Camilleri from The Chef Wine Terrace they could create a mouthwatering selection of dishes to compliment the range of Palatino wine supplied by Camilleri Wines.

A delicious array of antipasto, pasta and dessert dishes were skillfully prepared by the chefs in order to provide guests with an excellent culinary experience as well as to demonstrate the quality of Menu Products.

The guests were first treated to a selection of vol-au-vents filled with Crema di Asparigi, Funghi Porcini, Crema di Gamberetti and Crema di Carciofi and varied selection of Tartine.

For pasta, the guests were served Garganelli with Gransalsa di Cuori di Carciofi, Gransalsa di Zucchine in Assetico and Strozzapreti with La Pomodorina sauce, which consists of chopped fresh tomatoes mixed with a variety of vegetables, herbs and olive oil.

For dessert, the chefs concluded by presenting the guests with some mouthwatering Panna Cotta, topped off with forest fruit syrup.

All the dishes served at the event were were accompanies by a selection of wines from the Palatino range from Camilleri Wines.

L-Istrina 2008 - Hsieb Wiehed Qalb Wahda
L-Istrina is a 12 hour broadcasting marathon held yearly with the intent of raising funds for charity.

This years event, entitled L-Istrina 2008 - Hsieb wiehed, Qalb Wahda (One thought, One Heart) was held on December the 27th at the Montekristo Estates and was kicked off by President Edward Fenech Adami. A total of €1,227,009 was raised for charity during the event that featured a number of appearances by local political figures, ministers as well as live perfomances by top local artists.

PJ Sutters (Marketing) Limited was at the event supporting those participating by serving hot beverages from the Douwe Egberts product range. The Douwe Egberts stand, right at the entrance to the main hall proved to be a hot-spot as a number of people and personalities headed over for some light conversation and aromatic coffee.
